Description
Kei is the sister of a suicide bomber who had blown her self up in the service of the guerilla terrorist group known as the 'Sect'. She first meets Kazuki Fuse at the ashes of her sister and they form a friendship, explaining how they would both leave the city to start new lives if they could. Kei's own possible involvement with the Sect complicates her growing relationship with Fuse.
