Description
Tomomi is a member of the Upper-Ed class and a childhood friend of Hino's. As a child she took great delight in harassing Hino to no end which has carried over, though with much less maliciousness. Fiercely competitive, brilliant, and scheming, she often plays pranks on others (usually Hino) just to keep from being bored. Her affectionate teasing of Hino gradually develops into genuine feelings.
