Description
Soi is one of the Seiryu Seven, who are in direct conflict with Miaka and the Suzaku Seven. She is a serious and formidable warrior and her powers over lightning and electromagnetic fields put Miaka and company in many hazardous situations. Though she technically serves the Emperor, Soi answers directly to Nakago, for whom she has strong feelings.
