Description
Yuriko is a Lieutenant Commander in the United Planets Space Force who has applied to the Soyokaze with the intent to bring the largely unstructured and discipline-challenged staff in line. She is greatly concerned with proper procedure and protocol and thus is frequently frustrated by the lackadaisical Justy. Yuriko greatly appreciates her role and duties in the UPSF and tries to impress that appreciation upon the rest of the crew.
