Description
Selia is a friend of Mai's and a former nurse now peacfully living alone. Though not a member of the resistance movement, she willingly helps Mai and company out when medical emergencies arise. Selia is sullen and cold, willing to live under oppressive regimes so long as it guarantees her safety and peace.
