Description
Dorothy is a childhood friend of Seravi's, though it is not always immediately apparent. She schemes to defeat Seravi in a duel to become the greatest magician in the world, and is easily baited into violence by Seravi's insults. Though she is ostensibly Shiine's master, she has him spend more effort on cooking and cleaning than learning magic.
