Description
Chikage is one of Wataru's sisters. Haboring interest in the dark arts and the occult, including tarot cards and spellcraft, she spends much of her time in a dark candle-lit room practicing divinations. Chikage doesn't easily show public emotion other than mild satisfaction or bemusement, even to Wataru.
