Description
Rikka is a high school freshman currently suffering from 'adolescent delusions'. Believing she possesses the 'Wicked Eye' which bestows powers upon her, she wears an eyepatch to keep those powers under control. After witnessing her classmate Yuta's remnants of his own adolescent delusions, Rikka quickly attaches herself to him, believing that he can help her with her mission.
