Description
Kumiko is Haruka's mother, who while initially kind-hearted and caring, eventually grew to despise her own daughter due to Haruka's psychic ability and her inability to understand or deal with it. Kumiko abandoned Haruka entirely and disowned her, leaving her in the care of her grandfather, Zenzou.
