Description
Angel is a mysterious woman whose path frequently crosses Roger's. Using multiple pseudonyms but preferring 'Angel', she knows more about Paradigm City and the enigmatic Memories she is searching for than she lets on. Angel is shrewd and smart, and alternately flirts with and insults Roger. Her reasons for helping Roger are unclear other than the benefits it apparently brings her as well.
