Description
Appearing in the movie, Shutaura is the leader of the Black Crow Unit, a shadowy organization sent to protect Arisa. Despite her connection to an event referred to as a miracle years ago, she steadfastly refuses to believe in miracles. A stern woman who is a natural born leader and extremely skilled in combat, Shutaura takes her duty to protect Arisa seriously despite knowing nothing about her employer or her plans.
