Description
Ulla is the Princess of Ortus, a city built exclusively by and for the dead. Her eyes, mouth, and hands covered, she is known as the Idol of Murder as anybody she speaks to, touches, or sees will immediately die. She is attended to almost exclusively by her friend Kiriko, and mostly communicates through writing on a notepad. It is unclear whether she knows the truth about her powers, but Ulla maintains as positive an outlook as she can given her circumstances.
