Description
Dee is a young girl Ai meets at Goran Academy. A ghost who has remained on Earth for reasons unknown, she has been friends with male classmate Alis for years and has traveled the world with him. Known by many as the 'Western Witch', she has taken to surreptitiously providing information and advice to others, guiding their destinies without their knowledge. Alis has plans to change the world and Dee has ostensibly decided to support him.
