Description
Appearing in the second season, Rikou is a member of ITEM, an underground group operating in Academy City. Her ability, AIM Stalker, allows her to memorize and track the AIM fields of espers in the vicinity, making her useful as a warning system when on the job - though the requirement of triggering it with a dangerous drug puts a strain on her body. Rikou has a low-key personality that causes Saiai and Frenda to worry about her when she is in pain.
