Description
Touko is the Nichiyousei Yume Tsukai and a self-ascribed hermit. A calm and composed young woman, she conducts most of the investigatory work when handling dream-related jobs and has a good sense of intuition, making her an effective Yume Tsukai. Touko appears to need much more sleep than the normal person and spends much of her free time (and even some time on the job) sleeping.
