Description
Rinko is the Kayousei Yume Tsukai and Touko's younger sister. An elementary school student of ten years of age, her speech and tastes for food make her seem older than she is, but her lack of experience with things like love make her youth more obvious. Rinko is much more likely to jump straight into action than her sister, as her impatience often conflicts with Touko's more methodical approach to solving cases.
