Description
Appearing in Dokidoki! Precure, Rikka is a junior high school student and Mana's childhood friend. A highly intelligent girl who is ranked nationally in test scores, she serves as the secretary of the student council. Her dream is to become a doctor like her mother, but for now she is content to clean up after the messes Mana's generosity creates.
