Description
Sugar is an apprentice snow fairy currently living in Muhlenberg. After discovering that Saga is able to see and hear her, she takes up residence in Saga's room. She is a cheerful fairy, given to repeatedly kissing people when she is thankful or excited, and loves eating waffles made in the neighborhood. Sugar dreams of becoming a full-fledged snow fairy like her mother, though her lack of skill and the ease with which she gets distracted are impediments.
