Description
Appearing in Blue Seed Beyond, Valencia is a young woman who like Mamoru has been implanted with Mitama. When Aragami-like creatures appear in America, she accompanies the reunited Terrestrial Administration Center to San Francisco. Valencia uses both a whip and beamlike attacks to fight the creatures, and seems oblivious that her similarities with Mamoru are a source of worry for Momiji.
