Description
Juli is the leader of the Zwei, an elite group of students on Liebe Delta. A scholarship student known for both her intelligence and beauty, she does the best she can to maintain the safety of Liebe Delta when it comes under attack, but soon finds her authority stripped by another faction of students. Juli nearly always prefers whatever decision will lead to the safest outcome, so she frequently bristles at Blue's seemingly ill-advised decisions.
