Description
Marina is a trainee nurse and one of Kotoko's friends. Though her initially standoffish attitude and declaration of intent to marry a doctor make Kotoko nervous, she accepts Kotoko as a friend - even if she has her doubts about Naoki's commitment to her. Like others in her group of friends, Marina is not above swooning over Naoki despite knowing he isn't available.
