Description
Lucy is a powerful Diclonius, a cold killer who escapes her confinement and slaughters all in her path. A last ditch attack by her holders causes her to develop a split personality, and she wavers between a deadly killer and a helpless girl who barely understands Japanese. She is in the latter condition when she encounters Kouta and Yuka.
