Description
Alka is a member of the Gulasic Group, which is secretly plotting to take over the world. She and her flunkies are dispatched to stop Fubuki's evolution as a game player, but her ability to do so is limited at best in light of her questionable leadership qualities and her being outshined by fellow members like Chizuru.
