Description
Johanna is the third oldest of Baron von Trapp's daughters. When it becomes clear that school is too far for her to talk to, she joins her sister Maria as a student of the new governess Maria Kutschera. She is a cheerful, exuberant girl who tends to giggle or laugh at everything she finds amusing. Johanna is one of the first of the children to fully accept having a new governess and spends her days in joyful study and play.
