Description
Rinna has spent her whole life on Ultima, another of the Foundations. A fateful visit to Stellvia results in her declaring Shima her friendly rival, and despite her being a number of years younger than the rest, she makes friends with the students on the station. Rinna's father is an important administrative member on Ultima so she doesn't get to see him much. As a result, she cherishes any time spent with her parents.
