Description
Wilhelmina Carmel is a Flame Haze whose duty was, and is, to protect and care for Shana. She is the container for Tiamat, and inexplicably always wears a maid uniform, even in battle. Wilhelmina was close to the previous Flame Haze who contained Alastor, and cares for Shana as part of a promise to her. Wilhelmina tends to speak in an overly-polite manner, and is against Shana's close relationship with Yuuji.
