Description
Tsukasa is one of a pair of fraternal twins and one of Konata's and Miyuki's friends. She is not as good with school as her sister Kagami and she is somewhat meek and klutzy, though she tries her best. Tsukasa often finds herself agreeing with Konata's strange explanations and observations, much to Kagami's chagrin. Of the two Hiiragi sisters, Tsukasa acts like the younger one, usually deferring to Kagami.
