Description
Rydia is the commander-in-chief of the Special Air Force, under which both Rei and Jack serve. She is calm and collected but also authoritarian in her approach. Rydia is well aware of the unusually close relationship between Rei and his jet Yukikaze, and she uses it to her advantage - both against the JAM as well as within the ranks of the Special Air Force itself.
