Description
Appearing in seasons 2 and 3, Pheles is a very powerful Tomogara who makes her appearance while searching for the Reiji Meigo that Yuuji, as a mystes, holds inside him. She appears to have a friendly history with Wilhemina, causing everyone to be on edge even as her true motives for wanting the Reiji Meigo are revealed. While fiercely strong and potentially dangerous, Pheles has a softer side to her that only Wilhelmina can truly attest to.
