Description
Excel is all at once a hyperactive, ADD-riddled, excitable, overenthusiastic, loud, bombastic ball of highly compressed super-explosive kinectic energy. As the highest ranking minion in the ACROSS organization, Excel manages to consistantly fail at every assignment put in front of her, often with deadly and extremly hyper results. She has the tendency to go off on extremly fast paced and tangental rants and has also demonstrated that she intends to eat her unwilling pet dog, Menchi, if necessary. Despite the consistant shunning and punishment from the leader of ACROSS, Il Palazzo, she still harbors an unnatural affection towards him.
