Description
The Great Will of the Macrocosm is... well, the Great Will of the Macrocosm. First appearing as Excel's resurrector, she seems to know Il Palazzo, the leader of ACROSS. She has the ability to perform 'resets', which not only appear to undo undesirable events but also resurrect people from the dead and alter the storyline. The Great Will comes to fall in love with Pedro, a foreign construction worker, and becomes hopelessly entangled with his life's saga.
