Description
Jody Hayward (who goes by the codename Blue Eyes) is a somewhat shadowy figure who hires Nadie to protect Ellis. While she has a few very devoted subordinates, she herself is somewhat uneasily under orders from a mysterious organization that seems to hold power over her. She keeps tabs on Ellis and Nadie's progress, but what her true motives are isn't especially clear.
