Description
Bel is the head maid at Weda's parent's estate and was also Weda's childhood caretaker. She has an unhealthy amount of affection for Weda (verging on and often crossing over into obsession and slight perversion) which often leads to severe overreactions to situations regarding Weda. When overcome with emotion, she either gushes blood from both nostrils or beats her assistant Asio to a pulp - sometimes both.
