Description
Chiri is a student in Nozomu's class. As illustrated by her hair being parted perfectly down the middle, Chiri is extremely anal retentive and obsessed with doing things 'properly'. Any sort of irregularity or impropriety instantly gets on her nerves, occasionally resulting in murderous rage. Due to this, she has become the de facto class representative, overriding Kagero, the actual one.
