Description
Chie is the student counselor for the school at which Nozomu teaches. Though her reticent nature and stare are unsettling enough to force Nozomu to do anything she asks, she takes on a motherly relationship with Kiri, tending to her at school. Her talent for insulting the male students attracts them almost as much as her figure does.
