Description
Appearing in the second season, Mina is a Contractor working for the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. Her power enables her to turn anything she holds into a blade, which she uses alongside a wire weapon similar to Hei's to defeat her enemies. Though Mina is serious and businesslike to the core, she appears to have a friendship of sorts with Youko, a fellow member of the organization.
