Description
Appearing in the Mermaid Forest OAV and series, Towa is a girl who was fed mermaid's blood by her twin sister Sawa in the hopes that it would cure her terminal illness. While her illness was cured, her arm became deformed and her hair turned white. The pain in her arm has become unbearable and Towa has had ill feelings for her sister ever since.
