Description
Appearing in the Mermaid Forest OAV and series, Sawa is a girl who fed her twin sister Towa mermaid's blood in the hopes that it would cure her terminal illness. The result was pain and suffering for Towa, and in turn for Sawa as well. Sawa has aged while Towa hasn't, and Towa's suffering has been a heavy burden for Sawa.
