Description
Charlotte, known as 'Shirley' to most, comes from Liberion, the Strike Witches version of America. She likes to be clean, and has a desire to fly as fast as she can, eventually breaking the sound barrier. She is based on American pilot Chuck Yeager, who also was the first person to break the sound barrier.
