Description
The seemingly robotic MISAKA is Mikoto's younger sister. Her near complete lack of emotion and tendency to explain her actions and thoughts in the third person make her somewhat of an odd person, such that Mikoto seems to be embarrassed with her. MISAKA shares Mikoto's powers of electricity but prefers to make use of special goggles and long range weapons when involved in combat. Touma often has difficulty telling her and her sister apart until one of them speaks.
