Description
Kuroko is Mikoto's extremely clingy underclassman and roommate. As a member of Judgment, a group that keeps law and order in Academy City, Kuroko uses her Level 4 esper powers of teleportation for the good of society. Her aggressive attempts to romantically win Mikoto over may be less altruistic, and her jealous outbursts at those who she feels have gotten too close to Mikoto may cause trouble, but she means well.
