Description
Elvy is a pilot for the Earth Federation, and is later assigned to TERRA. She is an old drinking buddy of Haruka's and has somewhat of a bad attitude. She is not convinced that TERRA is the only group that has the power to defeat the Mu, and sets out to prove herself right.
