Description
Urtoriy is a member of the Onkamiyamukai, a peaceful race of people with bird wings growing from their backs, giving them the appearance of angels. She is sent as an ambassador to Hakuoro's country, and discovers him to be a wise and caring leader, who she respects and admires. She is the older sister of Kamyu.
