Description
Detective First Class Mihoshi is a galaxy police officer, currently stationed in the solar system. She has a reputation for being legendarily airheaded and clumsy, and was sent to earth by her superiors in the hopes that she would not cause much damage. She is occasionally partnered with Kiyone, and bound by the law to capture and detain the space pirate Ryoko, a task she fails miserably at.
