Not Voting Can be Hazardous to One's Health
by Panadero - February 20, 2010 1:49:00 PM MSTI'm celebrating the rain today by putting up a new entry, and this one is for another classic franchise: El Hazard. The franchise is one of those 90s anime properties that really define the period - especially the first OAV with its beautiful animation and typically 90s character design. I was only moderately aware of it way back when because of its consideration as a 'sister series' to Tenchi Muyo, but only recently got around to watching it and really enjoyed it. The retooling some of the characters got in its transition from OAV to TV took a bit getting used to - except for the bumbling, incompetent Ifurita who I liked immediately. Twelve more girls are up for voting, and now I'll get back to watching the rain.
