Happy Holidays, Everybody!

Excuse me while I squeak in a rare update before the year is over! I'd try to tie the series I've added together by saying they all have supernatural elements, but that's fairly common in anime so I won't try to stretch things too much.
First up is Demonbane, the...interesting mech series from about ten years ago. I'd be willing to give the benefit of the doubt to the visual novel upon which it's based and the idea of using Lovecraftian themes and creatures as a base is cool, but the anime itself didn't quite do much for me.
Next, we have the enjoyable Engaged to the Unidentified, in which a teenage girl abruptly disovers that she is engaged when her fiance and his little sister move in. Fun comedy, a great cast, and just enough potential romance to feel quite right at twelve episodes - I had a great time watching this. Mashiro stole every scene she was in with her facial reactions.
Next we have (what is technically season one of) RIN-NE, the adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi's currently running manga about a girl who can see spirits and the destitute shinigami she befriends. It took a bit to hit its stride, but if you're a fan of Takahashi's style and aren't expecting Ranma-level absurdity, you'll probably enjoy this too. I'm looking forward to season two.
Next is School-Live!, a series a friend recommended to me and that I watched completely blind. I have to say that I was hooked immediately after the reveal in episode one. All I can say without spoilers is that it follows the daily lives of a group of girls whose club entails them living at school. Definitely a recommended watch and one of the better newer series I've seen lately.
Lastly, I've added Reema, the new character from the Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet OAV.
I hope everybody has a great winter season and New Year's, and I'll see everybody in 2016!
