Description
Elysse is the daughter of a scientist working for the military and went on the run after her father betrayed it. She is somewhat shy and nervous around others, though she forms a fast bond with Tita, who becomes her first friend. Elysse wants to put a stop to the military's plans and is glad that Tita and company are willing to help.
