Description
Minko is an apprentice chef who, like Ohana, lives and works at Kissuisou. Her relationship with Ohana gets off to a very rough start, as she alternately insults and ignores her. Minko dresses plainly and spends much of even her free time practicing her trade, so it is easy to mistake her tenacity for having a bad attitude.
