Description
Maria is the second oldest of Baron von Trapp's daughters. As she has gone through an extended bout of sickness and thus been unable to attend school, her father has arranged for Maria Kutschera to be her governess, a situation with which she disagrees. Maria tends to side with Hedwig on family-related matters, though Johanna is the sibling she spends most of her time with, be it studying or playing.
