Description
Sei is the head of the Gigantea family branch of the Yamayurikai, the school student council, and is called 'Rosa Gigantea' by the student body. Sei is a very cool, intelligent, fun-loving and mature girl (though she may not act it most of the time). She becomes fast friends with Yumi Fukuzawa and helps Yumi out when she's having trouble, though Sei also enjoys meddling with everyone. Sei's petit souer (little sister) is Shimako Toudo, who is known as 'Rosa Gigantea en bouton'.
